The product price quoted on the website is inclusive of the cost of premium fruits, the treatment cost if any mandated to import fruits into the US, the packaging cost, Indian custom clearance and Phyto-sanitary certification charges, and the destination custom clearance charges and duty tax applicable. For deliveries requested in the state of Tennessee, you will be charged sales tax upfront. for deliveries to states other than Tennessee, you are responsible for paying any sales tax that could be applicable as per the law.

Fruit shipment from India will only be dispatched once a week, so we are not able to guarantee that you or the concerned individual receiving the fruits will get it on a specific date. Every dispatch is subject to the availability of the fruit, availability of the treatment facility, availability of cargo space and clearance of the shipment, and receipt of payment.

Once an order is placed on the website, it can take anywhere from 7 to 14 days to deliver the fruits to the recipient.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, including changes to items or shipping details.

Should your fruits fail to be delivered to you, please notify us promptly. Refunds for non-delivery will be granted upon confirmation that the fruits were not successfully delivered to the provided address.

Please note that the fruit boxes will be destroyed at the destination for all cases of non-delivery, including wrong address, receiver not being available, receiver refused delivery, local customs detention, etc. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

While Alphonso Mango is the most popular mango variety and is in high demand worldwide due to its flavor and texture, it may occasionally develop “Spongy Tissue,” an internal pulp issue. Although safe to eat, mangoes with this condition may lack full flavor, and a good portion of the pulp may not be consumable. We do not offer refunds or replacements for mangoes affected by Spongy Tissue. This notice aims to inform customers about this occasional occurrence.

Certain fruits, such as Alphonso mangoes, undergo mandated treatments as per FDA guidelines. While we take utmost care in handling these fruits, we cannot guarantee against spoilage resulting from these treatments. Therefore, refunds will not be provided for spoiled sensitive fruits such as Alphonso mangoes. We advise customers to consider this potential outcome before placing an order for Alphonso mangoes, as they assume the associated risks.

Any disputes arising from this policy will be resolved through arbitration in Memphis, Tennessee, following applicable State of Tennessee laws.

We retain the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notification. Such changes will be immediately effective upon being posted on our website.
